- Conducting Wind Ensemble, Concert Band, Jazz Ensemble, Pit Orchestra and Marching Band.
- Structure whole group, small group and individual instruction to a broad range of academic levels and learning styles
- Since 1990, conducted award-winning Wind Ensemble groups, at Level VI at NYSSMA, receiving primarily Gold with Distinction ratings
- Actively participate and chair numerous All-County Bands and Jazz Festivals.

- Developed and implemented Commercial Music, Recording for Musicians and Improvisation for Musicians classes.

- Prepare undergraduate Music Education students in Woodwinds Methods.
Jazz Ensemble Director, Nassau Suffolk Performing Arts (9/13 - Present)
- Teach and conduct select group of high-performing high school musicians from Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

- Private instruction for advanced woodwinds students. Levels VI and V and NYSSMA prep.
